Men & Women – “Muscle Burns Fat!”

Our society loves beauty. The most beautiful bodies are lean, symmetrical and firm, or in one word – buff. So why do we see so many women starving themselves trying to be skinny, or so many men going on their extreme back in the day wrestler’s cut diet?  Lack of knowledge! That’s why.

The problem is too much focus has been placed on dieting and doing cardio, and not enough importance placed on weight training. Most men & women don’t understand that weight training is how they can shape their bodies, into the toned buff bodies they want.

All the experiences that I’ve gone through in my quest in helping others achieve their best body, have culminated into one revelation; Muscle burns fat.

Muscle Burns Fat.

It means the more muscle you have on your body the more fat your body burns.  To get really detailed, since women don’t have as much muscle as men; the more ACTIVE MUSCLE you have on your body will burn more fat.  In other words, if you are a person that didn’t inherit a lot of muscle from your parents; don’t fret.  All you have to do is keep the muscle you have as ACTIVE as possible.

So if you want to get rid of the fat on your body, lift weights, do yoga and build strong active muscles that will eat the fat off your gut and butt!

 Remember, muscle burns fat!
