The Sterling Effect Adult Boot Camp PHASE 4 Registration is now open!  This camp will run from July 13th to August 6th.

What is The Sterling Effect Adult Boot Camp? 12 Fun filled -1 Hour long calorie torching sessions of cardio, bodyweight exercises, plyometric, speed and agility movements all lumped in one! It’s time to get that body moving again. 

Dates:
July 13th – August 6th – Every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evening from 7-8pm.

If possible, Please purchase the following: not required but recommended:

  • Exercise mat
  • Women: Pair of 3lb or 5lb dbells
  • Men: Pair of 8lb or 10lb dbells

** There will be a $1-$2 admission charge per person on every visit to use host facility**
